Yes you can. Check out for the forms when they are out. You need to fill the form and pay marginal fees (50rs or 100rs MAX). You then have to appear for railways TTE exams - once you fill the form you will get hall ticket to sit in exam after that there will be medical test and personal interview if you clear the test.
