To decongest CSTM/Dadar TT there is LTT :) Parel is only planned for suburban traffic in order to decongest Dadar, And i think only slow services will originate/terminate there...
Thats known Hussain Bhai but if this is developed it shall be more better also now Dadar TT is having major rake accomdation constraints.If Parel is developed all the trains starting from Dadar TT can start from Parel with high coach capacity and it shall not much of difference in reaching Parel as to Dadar TT...Where as LTT is completely a different entity :)
