Train will run empty on 22nd August. Not many people will travel during that time. However in its next run it will be heavily packed due to Ganpati Rush. Another factor here is that Mumbai-Konkan/Goa has a good bus services. But rush will be seen during Ganpati Festival

I had tracked the Booking.
The SeatsFrom LTT to Kankavli were Opened with Avbl 33, same for other Chiplun etc Stations too.
Only Ratnagiri had 52 Seats in Opening.

This only proves, all the dirt comes from Sawantwadi onwards. If you travel via the 12619 Matsyaganda, there is no guarantee you will be able to get in at Panvel as these rowdies close the door. I must say, Indian Railways supports these rowdies and the newly announced weekly Mumbai-Karmali AC Superfast has been allocated halts at Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali and Kudal. They have ignored Thivim. I will not be surprised, if this train turns out to be a free for all, while incurring losses.
