I agree local passengers are important, but does this move not show any consideration to long distance passengers. It is mentioned that if long distance trains are forced to wait for over 45 minutes after entering Mumbai, their passengers will be allowed to take local trains. Long distance passengers carry lot of luggage. Will the luggages be allowed to be carried in these local trains which would have already been filled to capacity. What about passengers who may spend more than 24 hours train travel. In the final leg of their journey , their trains might be unnecessarily halted .. Overall... more...
