Sleeper is the new General class and 3rd AC is the new Sleeper class. Mechanical department ka is train ko 26 coach karne ka proposal kab se pada hua hai per koi sunwai nahi ho rahi or Passengers yaha nark me travel ker rahe hai.
Agree with you. Even I have heard of instances, where passengers are also now entering 3AC coaches for short distances and nothing seems to be done.
3AC has become the new sleeper, with curtains removed and looking like a usual sl coach with AC. !!
