Exactly, running a PRS counter is a costly affair for Railways. It has to pay the Reservation clerk, Electricity bill, Ticket printing cost and much more still it charges exactly the same amount as the ticket worth. on the other, in online ticket booking it doesn't needs to spend money for all these affairs and e-ticket booking helps it in cutting the expenditure still IRCTC and Railways is charging more to those who book online ticket. Hindi me ise ''Lootna'' kehte hai.
