If vendors are providing stale potato which are readily available in market, and charging hefty 140/-Rs, this is a clear message that there is no monitoring mechanism in IR, and role of the concerned officials is suspicious. Even prestigious trains are not spared by these vendors.

So blatant is violation that 150ml of standard tea/dip tea must cost Rs 5/Rs7, but I have never paid less than 10 Rs for any kind of tea (many times very bad quality) ranging from 75ml-100ml only, since last 1year.
