Hope IR may be increased 20% of fares after refurbished coaches in Rajdhani and Shadabti.
Otherwise these expenditures are wasteful expenditures for IR.

No need of increase in fare...already passengers are paying flexi fare
Donot hope because that is why refurbishment will take place. This way Railway will provide Moral justification for increase of fare. And they will recover the investment very fast.
