Same thing happened with Jnaneswari the day I was travelling from TATA to HWH on 03/03/2018.Train was scheduled to leave TATA at 23:25 but it arrived TATA at 00:18 the departed at 02:07. B4 had to remove at TATA due to axle problem. ..

* I travelled from Bhopal to Delhi by Dakshin Express SL class during my college days, some sort of sound was coming out of the bogie just beneath my berth through out the journey. I was afraid of any untoward incidence because of the ominous sound. I alerted TTE also, but he did nothing but assurance to get it checked later during the journey. I took a sigh of relief when the train reached NZM safely.
* Just after a few months, there was derailment of speeding Karnataka Express due to coach defect leading to fatalities, the news gave me me goosebumps for a quiet some time.

Everyone knows what fate Jnaneswari had few years back so when the problem was detected few passengers started to panic. I was in H1 which was towards the Loco and when B5 and B4 was uncoupled and our part was taken out of the platform. There was a huge chaos at TATA PF 4. Luckily the problem was detected and was rectified in time.
