why many ? His responcibility will be 4-5 coaches. Means 300-400 passengers max. Not every one calls his right. I think its a great step.

Yes great step but i hope within this 300-400 ppl also dont keep calling him often. You know now a days public is not sparing for anything and no patience too if something just problem without sec they get anger and also railways took this initiative to help pax facilities but sm ppl misuse this also like one case abut one guy tweeted railway officials about hot milk to baby and its provided him one or twice and later found that he is travelling alone and misused such services..

why so negative about people. Not all public is same, if thats the case this country would have been in bad condition. Lets not think all people are wrong. In that case no customer care can function.
In twitter 90% genuine tweets why to think about 10% ? Nothing is 100% in this world. If they it found it very bad, railways will discontinue.
