Mostly they don't close present line. But can't say exactly now. Will have to wait and see.
Lets see.. Trains like Balaji has to have a reversal if the existing line closes.
They can develop Arakkonam North as a substitute stn. for AJJ pax
It will not be closed, but it will mostly be used only for departmental works. After the new line is opened, all trains towards CGL are expected to bypass AJJ through the Melpakkam bypass.
