The coach composition of Train No.22666/22665 Coimbatore – KSR Bengaluru – Coimbatore UDAY Expresses presently running with 8 AC Chair Cars and 2 Generator Car Cum Luggage Vans is changed with effect from 1st March 2020 as follows.
Train No.22666/22665 Coimbatore – KSR Bengaluru – Coimbatore UDAY Expresses are augmented with 5 Jan Shatabdi Coaches on and from 1st March 2020. Hence on and from 1st March 2020, the revised composition of the train will be 5 AC Chair Car Coaches, 5 Non AC JAN SHATABDI Coaches and 2 Generator Car Cum Luggage Vans.
It would be better to swap this slot with CBE LTT. CBE LTT can depart at 0600 to reach SBC by 1300 and further reach LTT by 1000. LTT CBE can leave by 1700 to reach SBC by 1400 and CBE by 2100.
Uday can start from CBE by 0900 and return as night train in LTT slot. Alternatively uday can become Humsafar
UDAY cannot be practically possible between LTT↔CBE
Please read my post carefully. I am suggesting that uday and LTT CBE slot swap in CBE SBC sector. If that is done, Bangalore CBE gets a dedicated ONT. Though CBE SBC ONT is not possible with the arrangement.
DD as the concept of chair car will not be success in the slot of 900 dep from CBE as they will waste one full day. and travellers will not prefer night travel in DD from Blore. Tbe same is happening for Tirupati Visakhapatnam DD though the night train Tirumala has WL of 1 month. Moreover LTT CBE is CR and will be speeded up from this year but will not change completely.
