more... Kolhapur Pachrukhi village, Barhara police station area, Bhojpur district, Bihar. He lived in the NTPC colony with his wife, children, and mother. According to the colony residents, he had been under stress for some time. On Monday night, after leaving a suicide note at home, he went to Shaktinagar railway station and jumped in front of a goods train around 8:30 PM. The incident occurred near platform number 1, when the train was moving towards Krishnashilas station. The jawan's body was found by railway staff who informed the Shaktinagar station master, Shankar Kumar Thakur, who then alerted the GRP. The GRP took possession of the body and informed the CISF commandant, Gopal Dutt, who reached the scene. The deceased's family was informed and arrived at the scene, distraught by the tragedy.
