- Indians are habitual of carrying more luggage than Japanese, and charging for extra luggage shall certainly motivate them to travel light. Passengers travelling with less than 10 kg baggage may be provided free snacks and ones travelling above 20 kg may be charged @ 1% of ticket charge.
-Indians also carry more baggage under their skin than Japanese!! Bullet train fare may charge 1% of ticket fare for every kg of adult passenger weight over & above 75kg. This will motivate obese paxs to lose weight and save money thereby moving towards healthy India.
