So you don't want the bridge construction to happen?? Come on its been taken up with minimal disruptions.
Exp trains can run....why only passenger trains be cancelled?

I got the Pulse...If its the other way around it will asked why that..Its bit easy for them since they are not pre-reserved and Rlys need not again take up job of refunds.The Passengers cancelled are short distance ones,no long distance trains are cancelled/regulated keeping the convenience of the overall scenario. Sometimes that also does happen which would cause more problem.
Correste Konchen is important than Logic and general understandability...
