A 40-year-old section engineer working with the Indian Railways has been booked for allegedly molesting his 20-year-old colleague in their office in south-east Delhi’s Pul Prahladpur on Monday.
According to the police, the accused called the woman to his cabin, where he grabbed her hand and tried to drag her towards the bathroom.
She managed to free herself from his clutches and alert her colleagues and other rail employees, who then allegedly thrashed the accused. The engineer, however, claimed that he was being framed in the case. A case of assault and criminal
force to deter public servant from discharge of duty has been filed on his complaint.
