4B and 4D are rated for a maximum design speed of 135kmph, but can probably hit higher speeds with lesser loads.
22691/92 had clearance for 120kmph only with twin ALCOs, though i believe that was only in trials and not commercial operations.

Yes only for trials they conducted due to single line section it was not cleared to run at 120 kmph though the trial was successful.
Why BE-MB is chosen for first trial. Even talgo trial was first conducted here only??
