Bariarpur is a notorious criminal place. Thefts, loots and other criminal activities happen regularly at the station.
Instead of improving the present conditions, people are demanding for halts of trains.
In Reality, halts of some trains should be removed from here; Jamalpur & Sultanganj are nearby, people can go and board the trains from there.
