Vande Bharat train. Children and guests traveling on the Vande Bharat will be allowed entry after security checks two hours before PM's arrival. They will be allowed entry through the RMS gate. Children from Kendriya Vidyalaya and Navodaya Vidyalaya travelling on the Vande Bharat Express will be dropped off at Chandil station. They will then be brought back to Tatanagar by bus or another train. Work on the stage on the platform and parking area is ongoing. A German hangar tent is being built on Platform No. 1 and the parking area. Tricolor decoration is being done on Platform No. 1. The empty ground outside the station is being developed as temporary parking.
