New trains are planned to operate from Jasidih and Deoghar stations in the future. Vaidyanathdham station will also undergo development. The goal of this project is to upgrade existing facilities and introduce new amenities, including modern infrastructure, wider roads, developed parking areas, modern lighting, pedestrian walkways, and attractive entrances. The project was initiated by BJP MP Dr. Nishikant Dubey, who successfully included the station in the Indian Railways' RLDA Re-Development project.

Proposed kaam ki review ki ja rahi hai. Sambandhit vibhag ke adhikariyon ko station ko aur behtar banane ke disha-nirdesh diye gaye hain. Nayi aadhunik suvidhaon ka nirman karaaya jaayega. Yojana ka lakshya nayi suvidha ke saath maujood suvidhaon ko upgrade karna aur badalna bhi hai. Isme railway stations ko aadhunik banane wala sadak chaudi karne, parking area develop karne, aadhunik light lagane, paidal marg, aakarshak pravesh dwar banane ka bhi praavdhan hai. Bataate chalain ki BJP saansad Dr. Nishikant Dubey ki pehal par Bharatiya Rail ne Jasidih railway station ko RLDA ke re-development project mein shamil kiya gaya tha. Santhalpargana ka mukhya dwar mane jaane wale Jasidih railway station 2 saal ke antaral mein airport ki tarah develop kiya jaayega.
