a heavy iron plank fell on a moving car, damaging the front of the vehicle and shattering the windshield. Fortunately, no one was injured. The victim filed a complaint at the Doranda police station. The incident occurred at around 10:30 AM when Ashish Kumar, an employee of New India Insurance Company located at Sujata Chowk, was driving to his office with his friend. He was driving from Rajendra Chowk onto the Doranda overbridge when the iron plank fell on his car. The victim alleges negligence on the part of the contractor and engineers of L&T Company, who are responsible for the construction work. He has filed a complaint against them, accusing them of attempted murder and causing financial damage.

Aaj din mein Doranda overbridge mein aisa hi haadsa hua. Yahan chalti car mein lohe ka plank gir gaya. Is wajah se car samne se kharab ho gaya. Car ka sheesha chaknachur ho gaya. Ganimat yeh rahi ki jaan ki haani nahi hui. Iske baad peedit ne Doranda thane mein likhit shikayat ki hai. Sujata Chowk mein New India Insurance Company mein kaam karne wala Ashish Kumar apne dost ke saath car se office ja raha tha. Wo Rajendra Chowk se Doranda overbridge pe chadhte hue achanak se lohe ka bada plank unki car ke samne gir gaya. Yahan L&T company ki taraf se kaam kiya ja raha hai. Peedit Ashish Kumar ne Doranda thane mein application dekar L&T company, uske engineer aur karigar ke khilaf gair iradatan hatya ka prayas aur arthik kshaati pahunchani ki shikayat ki hai. Saath hi karwai ki maang bhi ki hai.
