Furthermore, the survey for doubling the Saharsa-Mansi railway line is complete and a Detailed Project Report (DPR) is being prepared. Another DPR for a new rail line between Saharsa and Laheriasarai has been drafted and submitted for review. The completion of these projects will significantly improve rail transport and passenger services in the region.
