On Monday evening, 65-year-old Sitaraam Prasad from Vaishali Bhagwanpur fell unconscious on platform 2 of Muzaffarpur railway station. RPF Head Constable Shambhunath Sah informed the station manager and RPF post. Railway doctor Shaligram Choudhary arrived with his team and provided initial treatment. Prasad was supposed to travel to Bhagwanpur by the 13225 Down Intercity Express. Dr. Choudhary stated that Prasad's blood pressure had increased, causing him to faint. In a separate incident, a smartphone was found on the platform during patrolling. After verification, it was returned to Neha Kumari of Gannipur in the Kazi Mohammadpur police station area. She informed the RPF that she had come to the station to see off her family.

Dr. Choudhary ne bataya ki Prasad ka BP badh gaya tha, jisse woh behoshi mein gir gaye. Dusri taraf, patrolling ke doran platform par ek smart phone gira hua mila. Jaanch karne ke baad, Kazi Mohammadpur police station area ke Gannipur ki Neha Kumari ko phone de diya gaya. Usne RPF ko bataya ki woh apne parivar ko chhodne station aayi thi.
