ATS teams. The recovered money is suspected to be linked to Hawala transactions. The individual, identified as Pankaj Verma alias Shiv Kumar, a resident of Gola Gali in Chauk, was found waiting at platform number 8 with the cash concealed in a bag. The GRP, suspicious of his activities, inspected the bag and discovered bundles of five-hundred rupee notes. Subsequently, the Area Officer, Kunwar Prabhat Singh, questioned the individual, who provided evasive answers. He was then detained, and the incident was reported to the ATS and the Income Tax Department. GRP Inspector Hemant Singh confirmed the seizure of the money.
