The Railway Board plans to invest approximately ₹400 crore to transform Tatanagar station into Jamshedpur's city center.

30 se zyada leased shops todi jayengi. Station parking shift hogi, aur Platform 1 ka Guard-Crew lobby, parcel office aur siding bhi hataaye jayenge. Kitadih Road ke paas ek nayi lobby ban rahi hai. February mein PM Modi dwara inaugurate kiya gaya ₹334 crore ka yeh redevelopment project, airport jaisa station banayega, jismein Station Road pe flyover aur Burmamines Second Gate ke paas ring road bhi ban rahi hai, taaki aane wale 50 saal tak traffic problem na ho. Railway Board lagabhag ₹400 crore invest karne wala hai taaki Tatanagar station Jamshedpur ka city center ban sake.
