8km Ruby-Sector 5 section, requiring completion of a 650m gap, aims for March 2025 completion. This is part of the larger 29km New Garia-Airport project connecting southern Kolkata to the airport via New Town. Yeh bada 29km ka New Garia-Airport project ka hissa hai jo south Kolkata ko New Town se airport se connect karega. Alag se news mein, June 2024 ke Lok Sabha elections ke baad national highway toll rates badhane ki baat postpone hui hai, aur Thane ka Grand Central Park 8 February, 2024 ko open hoga.
