Yeh campaign, Post In-charge Manish Kumar ke neerdeeshon pe, Daroga Gokulesh Pathak ke aaguwaai mein chalaaya gaya, aur yeh Muzaffarpur-Narkatiaganj passenger train accident ke baad shuru kiya gaya tha, jismein Guruvaar ko accident hua tha.
