ट्रेनों की स्पीड बढ़ाने में मदद करेगा जमशेदपुर के इंजीनियर दिव्यांशु का रबर पैड

Divyanshu Sinha, an engineer from Jamshedpur, has developed a rubber pad that significantly increases the speed of freight trains. This 'Design B' elastomeric pad, developed in collaboration with RDSO Lucknow, is placed between the train wheel and its bearing to reduce vibrations at higher speeds. Trials have been successful,...

and commercial production under 'Make in India' is imminent. The pad increases train speed from 60 km/h to 125-130 km/h, leading to a two-to-threefold increase in freight capacity. It's already being used in India and is slated for export to Africa and Europe, where such technology is unavailable. This replaces an older, less effective 'Design A' pad.

Jamshedpur ke engineer Divyanshu Sinha ne ek aisa rubber pad banaya hai jo malgadiyon ki speed 60 km/h se badhakar 125-130 km/h kar deta hai. Yeh 'Design B' elastomeric pad, RDSO Lucknow ke saath milkar banaya gaya hai, aur yeh train ke wheel aur bearing ke beech lagaya jata hai...

jisse high speed pe vibration kam hoti hai. Iska trial successful raha hai, aur jaldi hi 'Make in India' ke tahat iska commercial production shuru hoga. Isse mal ढुलाई mein do se teen guna badhottari hogi. Yeh pad abhi India mein use ho raha hai aur Africa aur Europe bhi bheja ja raha hai, jaha aisi technology nahin hai.
