Tourists are currently forced to navigate a rough path to reach the Patalpani railway station or park their vehicles near the Patalpani waterfall and walk to the station. Although a 5km broad gauge section from Mhow to Patalpani was inspected on July 16th and approved for train operations, the Ratlam division is yet to commence operations due to the need for two eight-coach trains and two engines. The railway operating department has given approval, but the mechanical department is still working on procuring the required engines. The officials assure that efforts are underway to make the train service available from Indore to Patalpani soon.

raaste se Patalpani station tak jana pad raha hai, ya fir Patalpani waterfall ke paas car park kar ke station tak chalna pad raha hai. 16 July ko Mhow se Patalpani tak 5 km ka broad gauge section check kiya gaya tha, aur 101 km/h speed se engine chalake section ko approved kar diya gaya tha. Par Ratlam division abhi tak train chalana start nahi kar paya hai, kyunki unhe do 8-coach train aur do engine ki jaroorat hai. Railway operating department ne train chalane ki permission de di hai, par mechanical department abhi tak engine arrange nahi kar paya hai. Officials ne assurance diya hai ki jaldi hi Indore se Patalpani tak train service available hogi.
