Railway Board is now preparing to start more special trains from next months for the upcoming festive season. The period of September to November is considered as festive season in India. Where three major festivals come i.e. Durga Puja, Chhath and Diwali. Chhath and Diwali are most famous festivals in North India. During this period, huge amount of passengers rushes travels from Delhi, Mumbai and South India to Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal etc to celebrate at their home.Currently already there is scarcity of Trains in Indian Railways.Where maximum trains are still cancelled due to COVID-19 and rest are running as special trains.Indian Railways still not operating at its full potential.However 1 week ago railway board introduced 20 pairs of Clone Trains over various routes.They are not special trains of existing regular trains but their duplicate trains.Due to this they should be considered as a new train service which is... more...

In October,railway planning to start 100 more special trains.Even some trains like Gorakhpur-Panvel Express,Gorakhpur-LTT Express,Madgaon Rajdhani etc going to start from the last week of this month.Railway Board asks the Zonal Railways to give the list of trains which they want to start from October.Railway board will introduce more special trains to cater the rush of Chhath and Diwali.These special trains will mostly run for UP,Bihar,Jharkhand,West Bengal,Assam,Orrisa etc
