Good news. As long as KLBG is under CR they do not make any effort to improve KLBG area . The same case is with MAQ which is under SR.

Solapur & Pune Divisions are not getting any LHB rake from CR.
Till now only Pune - Mumbai Intercity got LHB rake & Pragati got Utkrishta rake.

Swr is the best zone in IR after Ncr. If proper funds are given it will be far better than other neighbouring zones in South India example Swr is having more lhbfied trains than Sr or Scr.

But maq is in quite better condition than klbg atleast sr is doing something to maq whereas cr is completely neglecting gulbarga. Best thing is to form a new gulbarga division under Swr.
