Special cleanliness drive on Central Railway saw the cleanliness activities undertaken with full vigour at all the locations of the divisions.
The highlight of EMU POH workshop was the active participation of all the employees in cleaning activities. Segregation and proper disposal of the collected waste in pneumatic section, rehab and trolley section was ensured in a right manner.
of Matunga workshop involved themselves in a thorough cleaning of tracks by removing weeds, unwanted shrubs propped up during monsoon and grasses to give a cleaner look.
Shramdaan was organised at Vadala Road station premises which saw the participation of around 35 staff and passengers along with Senior Operations Manager. The cleaning activities were jointly performed by Deputy Station Managers of Vadala Road, Sewri and Kurla stations. Cleaning activities were also undertaken in an efficient way at Karjat, Igatpuri and King’s Circle stations.
Intensive Cleaning of trains and coaching depot was done coaching depots of Mumbai and other divisions, workshops of Central Railway.
