03021 Howrah-Raxaul Festival Special (via Bandel) will leave Howrah at 15:45 hrs. daily w.e.f. 20.10.2020 till 30.11.2020 to reach Raxaul at 09:00 hrs. on the next day and 03022 Raxaul-Howrah Festival Special (via Bandel) will leave Raxaul at 10:00 hrs. daily w.e.f. 21.10.2020 till 01.12.2020 to reach Howrah at 04:05 hrs. on the next day.
02331 Howrah-Jammu Tawi Superfast Festival Special (via Dankuni) will leave Howrah at 23:55 hrs. on every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday between 20.10.2020 & 28.11.2020 (18 trips) to reach Jammu Tawi at 13:10 hrs. on the 3rd day and 02332 Jammu Tawi-Howrah Superfast Festival Special (via Dankuni) will leave Jammu Tawi at 22:45 hrs. on every Thursday, Sunday and Monday between 22.10.2020 & 30.11.2020 (18 trips) to reach Howrah at 11:30 hrs. on the 3rd day.
Booking for the above Special Trains in UP directions i.e., for train no. 03019, 03141, 03185, 02331, 03021 and 02343 will be available on and from 16.10.2020 at 08:00 hrs.
These trains will be fully reserved trains. General Second-Class coaches (LS/GS/SLR/SLRD) available in the train composition will also run as reserved class (2S).
In addition to fare, ‘SPECIAL’ charges will be applicable for these trains.

For the convenience of passengers and to clear the extra rush during the festive season, Western Railway has decided to run one more special train as Mumbai Central - Hazrat Nizamuddin August Kranti Rajdhani Express Special From 17th October, 2020.
According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur - Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the special train will run as per the date of departure mentioned below, till further notice. Details of the special train are as follows:
Train No. 02953/02954 Mumbai Central - Hazrat Nizamuddin August Kranti Rajdhani Special[Daily]
Train No. 02953 Mumbai Central - Hazrat Nizamuddin August Kranti Rajdhani Special will depart from Mumbai Central at 17.40 hrs daily w.e.f 17th Oct, 2020 and will reach H. Nizamuddin at 11.00 hrs the next day. Similarly, Train No. 02954 Hazrat Nizamuddin - Mumbai Central August Kranti Rajdhani Special will depart from Hazrat Nizamuddin at 17.20 hrs w.e.f 18th Oct, 2020 and will reach Mumbai Central at 10.05 hrs the next day. Enroute this train will halt at Andheri, Borivali, Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Sawai Madhopur and Mathura stations in both directions. This train will comprise of First AC, AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier and Pantry Car coaches.
The arrival & departure timings of Train No. 02952 New Delhi - Mumbai Central Rajdhani Special train at various intermediate stations have been revised w.e.f 18th October, 2020. Train No. 02952 New Delhi - Mumbai Central Rajdhani Special train will now arrive at Kota at 21.40 hrs and depart at 21.50 hrs. Similarly, the train will now arrive at Ratlam at 00.42 hrs and depart at 00.45 hrs, arrive at Vadodara at 03.48 hrs and depart at 03.56 hrs, & arrive Surat at 05.28 hrs and depart at 05.33 hrs The arrival timing at Mumbai Central will not change and it will continue to arrive at 08.40 hrs. Passengers are requested to kindly take note of the changes in the arrival & departure timings accordingly.

order to maintain social distancing and avoid crowding, Central Railway has taken the decision to increase the number of daily special suburban services from 453 to 481 from 15th October, 2020. The time table is being prepared for additional 219 suburban services to make it to 700 suburban services shortly.
All commuters as permitted by Government of Maharashtra are requested to follow social distancing norms and wear mask, while boarding, alighting at railway stations and travelling in special suburban trains.

The Kisan Rail – Background As announced in the current year’s Budget to start “Kisan Rail” in order to provide a seamless supply chain of agricultural and perishable produce, the Ministry of Railways has introduced the first Kisan Rail to run from Devlali to Danapur on 07.08.2020. This train further from Danapur extended upto Muzaffarpur and also increased frequency from weekly to 3 days in a week as a result of good response from the farmers taking advantage to send their produce to the distant places of Northern India. In this sequence, the second such Kisan Rail started on Central Railway. The details of the inaugural run of Orange Kisan Rail were as under- Train no 00101 Weekly Kisan Rail Nagpur dep at 18.00 hrs arr Adarsh Nagar Delhi at 15.40 hrs next day. Inaugural Orange Kisan Rail left at 18.10 hrs on 14.10.2020. Train no 00102 Weekly Kisan Rail dep Adarsh Nagar Delhi at 10.00 hrs on 16.10.2020 arr Nagpur at 04.40 hrs next day. The regular service of Orange Kisan Rail will be notified in due course. This train will have 10 parcel vans and one luggage cum brake van. This Kisan Rail covers a distance of 1106 kms approx. in 20 hrs on a single trip. Train will halt at Katol, Narkhed, Pandhurna, Betul, Itarsi and Jhansi. The Nagpur city and surrounding areas in Vidarbh region are famous for Oranges and other agro products for which there is a huge demand. The Kisan Rail will provide a good market to the farmers of Vidarbh region for their produce. Aggressive marketing is being done by Central Railway in co-ordination with local farmers, businessmen and APMC so that maximum farmers can benefit.
