I am planning to travel by 22692/SBC Raj from NZM to KZJ in this November and then take 12728/Godavari Exp to VSKP with a buffer of 150 mins at Kazipet Jn.
But, I'm concerned about the fog delays in November 2nd week of 22692 in the Northern region which might make me miss my connection at KZJ.
Is a 150min buffer safe enough or do I have to book for 12740/Garib rath which gives me a buffer of 6.5 hours

Look how dramatic it is, let's name it as the Golden Ellipse as these stations shall play a vital role between CR and SCR once the proposed lines and other pending projects gets completed. Bodhan-Bidar line (in dotted brown) which is pending to be commissioned would be boon connecting the either sides. Though it may take a lot of time but the future of these stations will make an economical impact in the development of this region.

The new Latur-Gulbarga line can branch out from Sultanpur station(new station on Bidar-Gulbarga new line). This can save additionally 10kms for entire Latur-Gulbarga new line construction...
The Latur-Gulbarga should go via
Gulbarga-Sultanpur(already line exist)
Sultanpur-Karnataka Central University (Kadaganchi)
Aland-
...
Khajuri-Umerga
Umerga-Khillari- Ausa-Latur(If it goes via Nilanga it will be round about)

I agree, but just a diversion of about 10-20 Kms can bring a Taluka place like Nilanga under a BG line and that can help the people.
If you are aware Usmanabad was no where on the Barshi- Latur narrow guage line, but when the new BG line was put, the route was diverted to cover Usmanabad.
As per MP Ravi Gaikwad, the proposed route is from Ausa- Kasarsirsi- Nilanga- Omerga- Aland, which I believe is being surveyed.

Nizamabad doesn't have a single direct connection to Karnataka. My opinion is Bodhan Bidar line would be more beneficial.

Some problem occurred today early morning between WL & KZJ. 12737 was stopped for a long time and finally reached LPI at 9.25. It also affected other morning arrivals at SC, but 12737 was the worst due to too many halts.
Any info on what happened?

I guess so. Only WDP3A was given this certification. With WDM2 twins, the certification was for 110 only.
Besides, above 110kmph, each individual train needs CRS clearance. It's not sufficient if the section is cleared for 120/130.

Yeah ....beyond 110, its all about certification or approval for each individual trains based on the section... but yeah right now that SBC line is cleared for 110 and overshooting to 115 might be possible but very very occasional but not continuous ...
