Finally something to cheer about. The Railway Board approved the Palakkad Town (PGTN) Pitline project worth Rs.19 Crores along with additional pitline facility at Mangaluru Cntrl(MAQ) worth Rs. 7 crores and additional coaching facilities at Kochuveli (KCVL) worth Rs. 35 crore. One pitline along with 2 stable lines are in pipeline for PGTN. Tenders will be floated soon.
Mangalore pitline tender published, but unfortunately palakkad town pitline tender not float yet 😪
Would be released at the earliest hopefully
Palakkad pitline project was abandoned. I feel so sad

Thank you for the wonderful memories Diesels :) You will be missed for sure.Changes are inevitable and being a diesel fan,it'd be hard to see KR under wires and it might take some time to get used to it.

I support private train
Flight ticket done 1 month ago it will be cheap,,,besides no comparison train & Flight,,,,Flight is faster than train 15 times,,, Flight is best
Private trains k pron and cons dono hai.but reality yehi hai agar railway ka future national,and world level per aur acha hoga agar private players ko aanay diya jaaye
68% of people who voted are living in some utopia or dont know how the world works - quite understandable as majority of RF are still students.
I believe everyone is entitled to have an opinion here, so shaming others, just because they have a different opinion is unfair. Nonetheless this is just a friendly platform where all interact and not an official one!
