As far as Autosignalling is concerned, AGC has it, and the 3rd line and it is required to cater the volume of traffic the line gets.
Although it's not inclusive of volume since even Western railway's BRC division has it(ST BRC and BRC ADI) so that is to do with RB's decision of implementing it.
The comparison were going on between KOTA & AGC division only. You yourself answer the question why these two division has higher traffic.....This is the reply for which I was waiting for long but nobody acted properly and even myself. I appreciate your generous reply.
Now you need to take a chill and read properly I said "two of the finest" means there are other finest divisions in IR and I recall only these two.

yup i understood but instead of discussing this all better to discuss what can be improved their and what are the limitations in this Divisions. Being Finest doest make them perfect one but their too would be having some limitations so you are local and aware more keenly about those places then discussing about its improvement will be best instead of just praising them one or another day and forgot on third day.Constructive ideas are required here not these comparisons i hope..

haan.. jaha pe wo saman rakhte hain wo to band hi rehta hai aise mai ek do jagah mil jaati hai aage peeche ke coaches me jaha door khul jata hai.
isme kaafi door plating ki humne isi wajah se :D
मेरे कहने का मतलब ये है कि बिना प्लेटफॉर्म की तरफ खुले दरवाजे को भी बंद कर देते है सुरक्षा कारणों से| इसीलिए दरवाजो के पास ही रहा कीजिये।
