Abhi fix nahi Hua hai..uslapur aur ghutku me se koi 1 station se pass hogi...state govt k survey me ghutku hai but abhi secr ka survey shuru Ho raha hai..sab secr pe hai Ki Wo kaha se usko bifurcate Karta hai..secr Ki report 6 months baad aayegi

Baloda bazar Ki line jsg Ki jagah kharsia se milegi to skip Bilaspur aur Katghora Dongargarh Ki line Raipur Durg ko skip karne k kiye banayi ja rahi hai..isse maalgaadi main stations ko touch nahi karegi...sabse jyada inme imp section hai uslapur se Katghora bcoz Katghora se sidhe Ambikapur line proposed hai aur Ambikapur se Barwadih aur renukoot k 2 route proposed line k banne se Durg Raipur Bilaspur se UPEast aur Bihar ka short cut sidha route mil Sa hone me agle 8-10 saal lag jayenge

Raipur to pehli baat state capital hai wo kisi train ko skip nahi hone denge CG ki sabse jyada population hai Raipur ki then Durg hai koi chah ke bhi kisi bhi train ko bypass nahi karwa sakta,
Pauwara se line Abhanpur hote hue kendri ki taraf se Naya Raipur me jud jayegi matlab ki kuch local ka load main line se kam hoga due to ye line sidhe Naya Raipur se judega to freight isme nahi chalegi.
- DRZ By pass line ke upar bana Y shape ka height kam hai so isliye us line ko close kar diya gaya hai.
Baloda Bazar hote hue line sidhe Champa ke baad main line pe touch karegi abhi ye fix nahi hua hai ki line kis station pe milegi jahan tak news ki baat hai to ye line ECoR ke Jharsuguda Road pe jodne ki baat ho rahi hai Jharsuguda Road ke taraf bana IB river ka pul SECR ke IB par bane pul se upar aur barish me na dubne wala iklauta Railway pul hai.

arrey yaar..maalgaadi skip karane k liye govt ka route maroda se naya raipur hokar kharsia tak aur katghora se uslapur hokar dongargarh tak ka proposed hai,,ab sab secr k upar hai kyunki final decision secr ka rahega 2 cg govt ki reports ko padho...5 feb 2017 tak ka latest update yahi hai ki cg govt ki final dpr me Katghora-Ghutku-Uslapur-Dongargarh raipur skip karane k liye aur pauwara Naya Raipur Kharsia Bilaspur skip karane k liye banaya ja raha hai...passenger train 1-2 hi chalegi jo raipur ya bilaspur skip karegi baki sab freight divert karne k liye ho raha hai....aur iske baad bhi samajh me na aaye toh apne raman singh se pucho kyu skip kara rahe hain raipur ko,jab wo largest city hai,capital hai etc etc,,,passenger route mainly uslapur katghora ambikapur rahega bcoz ye line aage renukoot (UP) aur barwadih (JH) se connect hogi so secr se up jh...
bihar jane ka straight short cut milega..baki sabhi lines freight k liye hai . Click here click here isme tender number 9 padho,abhi ye final dpr secr k paas final approval k liye gayi hai..6 months k andar secr iski report RB ko dega...waise maan k chalo ki yahi route lagbhag final bcoz maine isko ghutku ki jagah uslapur karwane ki koshish ki but secr k staff ne bataya ki ghutku se hi cross hoga line ab kuch nahi ho sakta bcoz ye final dpr hai bus secr aur RB ki formality bachi hai

Part of the problem with SCR is that they prefer ease of operations than connectivity ( not in a discriminatory way, but it ends up having the same effect). All their choice of starting points for trains are either terminal stations like COA,MTM, NS or major cities like SC/BZA/TPTY etc. Because of this, many major places like HX/ATP/OGL/AWB/NLR end up depending on passing trains and do not have any originating traffic.
While it is definitely a good idea to start trains in this manner, in most areas this is becoming a problem because, other than the Godavari and Krishna districts, the other areas in SCR have no terminal stations and many of the important places are
just passing stations ( not even major junctions). This is leading to the idea back-firing a lot and SCR has no answer right away as it has followed the same development strategy from the time of it's formation and they are unwilling to adapt to a different style of operations.
But SCR is a decent zone. It has the usual problems at the border regions, but they are not very ugly or discriminatory and the problems are mostly due to laziness in operations and a resistance to change. A dynamic leadership and the correct political pressure can help set things on the right path for SCR.

But then, wasn't CR handling the portions I mentioned earlier? Is it that, instead of splitting the entire work into two portions, they just combined it under one project and put it under one of the two zones involved?

total project is under SCR as its decided decades back. Its SCR responsibility to complete the Doubling and electrification untill DD. SCR done its job quicker in its area.
There are many SCR project running at snail pace. Nizamabad to Karimanagar to Peddapalli project is couple of decades old not completed.
Just 50 km single line project Jagayyapeta to Vishnupuram which is pending from past 10 years in SCR.
- Yerraguntla project takes several decades
Gadwal - Raichur also many years its taken. Even after opening not used effectively.
EVery zone has positives and negatives.

zonal railways wont handle projects, they contract to some agency. Zones are responsible for review and fund generation majorly.
This total project is given to SCR at the time formation i think. As its a big project SCR funding became major problem
