The following lines should be given priority in the coming Budget by either allocating funds or through PPP
i)PAP - CCT/COA - KLPH - NS (Proivdes an alternative route to BZA to the already congested route Via SLO, RJY & EE)
ii)KVR - BDCR (By doing so RJY/KVR & BDCR will become big Junctions like SC, WL/KZJ, GTL, BZA, RU & VSKP and also it reduces the distance from RJY/COA/VSKP to SC,NDLS,LTT, SNSI etc)
Leta line be laid first and then at latter point of time we can think of doubling
If the line isn't a double line, a train may end up taking the same time as on the existing route. That was why I was talking about a double line.
Let a single line be laid first .. BDCR will come into mainline and Sree Seetha Ramachandra Swamy shrines which is known only to few people will become one the famous temples in India and more trains can be started from BZA, GNT & MTM. Many lines are laid even though ROI is very less the best eg was JAT - UHP - SINA - BRML Line and few lines in North East. It is only for connectivity not Revenue/Profit. That too Khammam Dist in Telangana is one of the most backward Dists.
Kovvur-Kothhagudam line planned on planes only...No issues for speed.
