ALD se UCR and BSB se UCR tk Electrified b h ye route... Doubling chahe na b ho abi bt unnao tk electrified ho jana chahye ye route... And then freight ko idhar transfer kiya ja skta h... Is route pe abi bht km load h aur track b acha h... Trains easily get 105+ on this route

Instead of Crying for the Super-Saturation of CNB-ALD-MGS tracks, If Indian railways do some work and money spending , so that the MGS-BSB-JNH-UCR-ON track is fully doubled-electrified and 110 mps done , then surely this track can take up a huge load off ALD area. Many trains like Sampark krantis & Durontos skip ALD station , they can be easily sent via this UCR route bypassing completely the huge traffic of Main line. The punctuality (atleast delays could be reduced) of many trains can be improved. Track is already there ,... more...
doubling can't be done quickly (& will not be that much necessary at instant moment as Train traffic would be very less), but atleast electrification & speeding up could be done and if would have been started 3 years back , then till now atleast 80-90% tracks would have been upgraded. RB is just doing nothing other than starting new trains and improving the routes-stations of their minister's constituency.
Yes...if somehow railways squeeze out some more space or tricks like Railway Flyover kind of thing which could completely bypass the present lines and varanasi city between Vyasnagar and varanasi jn.,then some relief can bring for this area and also for the suffering trains.
Great Route.....And this route would be hardly 70-80 km more than the existing route but still would be a great boon for Western UP. Railways should think upon this UCR route and FKD-KSJ route which are presently very slow and diesel single route.
