The South Western Railway (SWR) has decided to run a special train, the Hubballi Rishikesh Special (07363/64), on a Train On Demand (TOD) basis. This is to manage the expected increase in passengers during the upcoming festival season.

Need to make it permanent or run as regular special instead of festival/summer special.
