The Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Mandal (DDU Mandal) is constantly working to improve passenger facilities, including by implementing QR code payments at ticket counters. As of September 1st, 2024, there are ample seats available on the special train. The DDU Mandal is also working on improving ticketing systems and facilities for passengers.
