Due to the expected crowds during Mahaparinirvana Day (December 2nd-9th), the Central Railway has decided to close platform ticket counters at major stations, including Pune, to manage crowds. This decision follows a similar successful measure during Diwali. Passengers are advised to plan accordingly and follow the new rules.
