23)Behat: 35 KM away from Gwalior, this village is considered to be the birth place of famous musician Tansen (1532-1599 AD) of Akbar's court. In the list of 36 singers of Akbari-Durbar given in Ain-Akbari, 15 were residents of Gwalior. Tansen was also among them.
