Nearest railhead to Pithapuram which is the famous Datta Kshetra. Pithapuram is also known as Dakshina Kasi. Pithapuram has its own railway station but from Mumbai side, SLO would be much easier to reach. SLO is approx 15 KMS from Pithapuram. Private Taxis, buses are available to reach Pithapuram.
