I saw Brahamputra Exp doing 54 kmph and then mere dimaag ki ghanti baji.
12567/68 Saharsa⇌Patna Rajya Rani SF Expres is another example with avg speed of 54 kmph each side.
NR transferred the grievance to ED, Coaching, Railway Board.

This is regarding CPGRAM case about superfast status of Magadh Express train 20801. It is to be noted that this train was originally introduced between NDLS and PNBE having overall speed more than 55 Kmph. Later this train was extended upto IPR and several stoppages granted with the passage of time thereby reducing its overall speed. This train runs at speed of 59.33 kmph for distance 757.46 Km in NCR territory. The low speed between PNBE-IPR is due to single line section between FUT-IPR section with low sectional speed.
