NER ke Ac economy coach kyu hathiya liye lutere NR ne, Raipur/Bhopal - Lucknow Garib Rath ko lhbfy karne ke kaam aate jo ki ab delay ho jaayega. By the way ab time aa gaya hai, GR fare ko revise karne ka
No same 3AC Economy rake, but fare hiked a little bit to provide for hike in operation and maintenance cost of lhb coaches

I don't see the point of them calling it a Garib Rath then. Just call it a full AC express. The original GR coaches are gone. I dunno about the fare, but hike it to normal 3E ones and just call it a normal AC express.
Photography for non commercial purposes is allowed in Indian train stations. This official click here site says that. Sure, there are occasional downers.Ironically, I had once a loco pilot warn me of calling the RPF at a small station of all places, for taking the loco's image but legally, they can't do anything.
