You are hinting as if other zones don't have RSA concept in force!!!If work force isn't there its the Primary duty of concerned dept. or zone to take a corrective action on that with co-ordination of authorities...
All they have did but approval from the govt. is needed. Recently they have invented as pest cleaning control measure which is going on well at bbq. Every zone is following the RSA concept then how can i hint that the other zone doesn't have rsa concept??????????? due to lack of coaches they are making this arrangement for there convinient. See falaknuma, sabari, satavahana and all had a dedicated rake prev. but now they have followed the rsa.
SR is one of the top zones interms of number of passenger trains run by the zone. Railway employees recruitment is not under the control of zone and it rests with RB approval.
Lack of employees has been in SR for quite a long time and now its turning ugly due to no special run by the zone in the recvent past say Pongal/Summer Vacation.
Could be SR is in protest with RB for non approval to recruit employees. Even to recruit Khalasi in ICF it needs to come from RB.
