Yes, that would be done in future if it gets good demand as a special.
They can make this train to run on regular as weekly train from Chennai central to Mangalore Central.
It may help Kanrnataka, kerala and Tamilnadu people and even can avoid rush in other three trains.

Yes you are absolutely right, mangalore - chennai sector is always full. One additional will reduce the burden on manglore mail & manglore superfast to some extent. Hope railways will take this step and make this garib rath run on regular weekly basis.
