The sir, I am observing that since 3-4 years they are introducing this particular train in holiday season,summers and winters as special. Then why cant they introduce as a regular train.They will save costs on publishing ads of these trains at least.

VGM RDB. Any idea about this new trend of dispensing with numbers starting with 0 for special numbers and instead numbering them like regular trains like this one 25904.

No Sir, but seen only recently for NFR origin Specials, that too for 2 trips each, till 'Regular Specials commence service from Oct onwards - like 25903, 25643, 25653 etc.
