This train has a huge turnaround time at aishbagh. Won't it be better then to start it at let's say at 5 AM from GKP? The current starting time is too weird. Also it's return train can be started before the GKP ICE via Basti. This will have two benefits: reaching GKP well before midnight and lesser time spend idling at ASH using valuable platform/line space.
It serves the passengers of loop line.

I know. But still, pax at Anand Nagar Junction would much rather choose boarding at proper morning times than the ones currently running. I thought the PM was done at GKP? The rake then idles at GKP for the 4 hours at night?
